                    LTC Michelle Goyette was commissioned as a Military Police Officer upon graduation from the United States Military Academy in 1995.  After graduating from the Military Police Officer Basic Course, LTC Goyette was assigned to Camp Carroll, Korea where she served as a Platoon Leader for the 57th MP CO.

                    Upon completion of her tour in Korea, LTC Goyette served as a Platoon Leader in the 527th Military Police Company, Wiesbaden, Germany and Battalion S-4 Officer for the 709th Military Police Battalion, Hanau, Germany.  During this time LTC Goyette deployed in support of Operation Joint Guardian/Joint Forge in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Operation Joint Guard in Kosovo.

                    Following the Military Police Officer Advanced Course in 2001, she was assigned to the 728th Military Police Battalion, Camp Henry, Korea where she served as the Battalion S-1.  In 2002, LTC Goyette took command of the 10th Military Police Company at Fort Drum, New York where she deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.  Upon completion of command, LTC Goyette served as the Detachment Commander for Headquarters United States Army Criminal Investigation Command, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

                    Following her command assignments, LTC Goyette served at the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York as an instructor in the Department of Military Instruction.

                    Upon completion of the Command and Staff College in 2008, LTC Goyette was assigned to the Office of the Provost Marshal, United States Army Europe, Mannheim, Germany and later served as the Battalion Executive Officer, 95th Military Police Battalion and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.  Upon redeployment, she served as the Executive Officer for the 18th Military Police Brigade, Sembach, Germany.  LTC Goyette’s most recent assignment was the Division Provost Marshal, 10th Mountain Division (LI) at Fort Drum, New York.

                    LTC Goyette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Military Arts and Science from the United States Military Academy, and Masters of Arts degree in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University.  She is a graduate of the Military Police Basic and Advanced Course and Army Command and Staff College.  Her awards and decorations include Bronze Star Medal (1OLC), Meritorious Service Medal (3OLC), Army Commendation Medal (2OLC), Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Kosovo Campaign Medal w/Bronze Star, Afghanistan Campaign Medal w/Combat Star, GWOT Expeditionary Medal, GWOT Service Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal, Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (5), NATO Medal, Air Assault Badge, Airborne Badge and the Combat Action Badge.
