CSM Octavia G. Greaves-Egyinam is a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She entered the U.S. Army in April of 1988 as a unit supply specialist. She completed basic training and advanced individual training at Ft. Jackson, South Carolina.

CSM Greaves-Egyinam’s civilian education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master Degree in Health Care Administration.

Her military education includes all levels of the NCOES and United States Army Sergeants Major Course, (Class 62), Manpower & Force Management Course, Support Operations Course, Battle Staff, Equal Opportunity Leaders Course, and the Logistics Management Course.
