Command Sgt. Maj. Kenneth J. Oliver
CSM Oliver is a native of Galveston Texas. He entered the United States Army on August 28, 1990 and completed one station unit training at Fort Sill Oklahoma as a Multiple Launch Rocket System Crewmember (13M).
CSM Oliver has served in various leadership positions. Positions he has held include Driver, Gunner, Section Chief, Senior Drill Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant, First Sergeant, ROTC, Senior Military of Science Instructor and Command Sergeant Major.

CSM Oliver has participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom with Charlie Battery 1st Battalion 14th FA 214th Fires Brigade as the Battery First Sergeant 03-03, and Operation Iraqi Freedom Charlie Battery 1st Battalion 14th FA 214th Fires Brigade as Platoon Sergeant 06-08.
