Captain Derrick S. Draper, In May 2003 he received a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Norwich University and was commissioned as 2LT of Infantry.

After completing initial training at Fort Benning, GA, Captain Draper traveled to Fort Richardson, AK in January 2004. There he received his first duty assignment with the 4th Battalion , 23rd Infantry Regiment, 172nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team. He spent 12 months as Platoon Leader for 1st Platoon, Charlie Company, including 1 month at the JRTC, Fort Polk, LA and 4 months in Iraq. For the next 3 months he served as the Assistant S-3 for the Battalion. He was then awarded opportunity for additional platoon leader time and served the remaining 9 months in combat as Platoon Leader, 1st Platoon, Bravo Company. Upon redeployment in November 2006 Captain Draper attended the Maneuver Captains Career Course in Fort Benning, GA. Captain Draper completed the Maneuver Captains Career Course in July 2007 and was given orders to remain at Fort Benning, GA where he served from August 2007 to May 2009 as BOLC II Platoon Mentor, Delta Company, 1st Battalion, 11th Infantry Regiment.

Captain Draper's military education includes the Maneuver Captains Career Course, Infantry Officer Basic Course, Airborne School, Ranger School, and Stryker NET.

Captain Draper's awards and decorations include the Valorous Unit Award, the Combat Infantryman's Badge, the Ranger Tab, the Parachutist's Badge, the Bronze Star Medal, the Purple Heart Medal, 2 Army Commendation Medals, the Iraqi Campaign Medal, the Global War on Terror Service Medal.

First Sergeant David Simpson enlisted in the Army in March 1989.  First Sergeant Simpson has served with 2-35AR Fort Carson CO;  2 BDE 3AD Gelnhousen Germany; 4-7 CAV Budingen Germany; 2-504 PIR Fort Bragg, NC; 1-26/1-34 INF Fort Jackson, SC; 1-501 PIR Fort Richardson, AK;  A 2-14 INF, D 2-14 INF and C 4-31 INF  Fort Drum, NY; 2-196 INF Fort Richardson, AK and D 2-14 INF Fort Drum, NY.

1SG Simpson’s military education includes: Primary, Basic, Advanced Noncommissioned Officer courses, the First Sergeant Course. He has attended Airborne School, Arctic Survival School, Jumpmaster School, Drill Sergeant School, Anti-terrorism Officer School, Basic Instructors course
