Captain Matt Schade
Captain Matt Schade commissioned in the Army as a Second Lieutenant from Norwich University (ROTC) on May 15th 2005. He attended the Quartermaster Officer Basic Course at Fort Lee, VA from June to September 2005, and reported to Fort Drum in February 2006.
Then Lieutenant Schade served as the Distribution Platoon leader and Executive officer of Foxtrot Company, 210th Brigade Support Battalion from February 2006 to July 2008, during which time he was deployed to Iraq from August 2006 to November 2007.
Upon promotion to Captain, Captain Schade was reassigned to the 210th BSB Staff for roughly nine months, until selected for company command. Captain Schade took command of Echo Company, 2d Battalion, 14th Infantry on April 24th 2009.
CPT Schade's military education consists of the Quartermaster Officer Basic Course, Basic Airborne Course, and Army Mountain Warfare School (Summer phase). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Norwich University,Northfield, Vermont.

First Sergeant Ray Rushing
First Sergeant Ray Rushing enlisted in the Army in August 1987. He completed basic training and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma as a Forward Observer. In January 1993 he Completed Advance Individual Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina as a Light Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic.

1SG Rushing's military education includes: Primary Leadership Develop Course, Basic and Advanced Noncommissioned Officer courses. He has attended Airborne School, Air Assault School, Unit Prevention Leader, The Maintenance Management Information System, Hazmat Driver Instructor Course and has completed his Associates Degree.
