What is Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness (CSF2)?
It is the U.S. Army’s program to provide all Army community members with the psychological resources and skills to cope with adversity and thrive in their lives. The program is based on over 30 years of scientific evidence. It trains specific skills in five dimensions of strength (social, emotional, family, spiritual, and physical. The result is greater resilience-one’s ability to return to a normal state of functioning following stress or tragedy and to apply the skills learned in everyday life, including on the job and with friends and family.
