Comprehensive soldier and family fitness
Description: It is the U.S. Army’s program to provide all Army community members with the <br>Psychological resources and skills to cope with adversity and thrive in their lives. The <br>Program is based on over 30 years of scientific evidence. It trains specific skills in five <br>Dimensions of strength (social, emotional, family, spiritual, and physical. The result <br>Is greater resilience-one’s ability to return to a normal state of functioning following <br>Stress or tragedy and to apply the skills learned in everyday life, including on the job <br>And with friends and family. <br>
