Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes (FDMCH)
Description: Premiere Living for Today's Military Families <br>Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, a private partnership between Actus Lend Lease and the Department of the Army is constructing 1,399 new ENERGY STAR labeled three, four and five bedroom homes in two phases. The last of the new homes will be completed by Summer 2011. In addition, Mountain Community Homes renovated all 2,270 legacy homes with new flooring, interior paint, modern fixtures and lighting, garage door openers and air conditioning. There are four community centers, one for each community, that are approximately 7,000 square feet. Each facility has a state-of-the-art fitness center, great room, property management office, indoor playground and multi-purpose spaces for hosting community meetings / events. Miles of hiking and biking trails connect the residential neighborhoods to most of the community facilities located on Fort Drum. <br>

Description: Provides 192 one and two bedroom suite-style apartments designed for roommate living. Complete with Energy Star appliances including a washer and dryer. The Lodge clubhouse includes billards room, theater room, outdoor gathering space and much more!
